Recognition before classification

Data & Classification Notes

Public data can help teamwork continue when sources, dates, statuses, consent, and critical distinctions remain visible.

OUR DC public practice

How this space works

Public status remains visible

Buildings, Teams, Partners, Offerings, Applications, and participation each use distinct statuses. Research, recognition, confirmation, availability, delivery, membership, and authority are never treated as equivalents.

Source and snapshot

The public building-search demonstration uses a small excerpt from the DC Department of Housing and Community Development’s February 20, 2025 publication of 2024 Consolidated RFP selections. The broader OUR DC production datasets listed in the governing prompt were not supplied with this build and are not represented as imported.

Classification behavior

OUR DC begins with Team and source language, then may propose official Decision, Event, or Work classifications when meaningfully supported. Insufficient information remains unclassified. Classification never replaces Team authority.
