A secure, easy-to-customize mobile app where every task, vote, dollar, and wellness score lives—so “who said what” debates disappear.

Why It Matters

  • Tenant chats splinter across WhatsApp, Facebook, and unread emails. Critical tasks get buried under “Reply All” threads. The Teamwork App replaces five tools with one tap-to-assign board; every task has a name, due date, and audit trail.

  • Quorum laws mean you need 50 %+1 signatures; paper ballots require door-knocking marathons. The in-app vote panel lets residents vote ranked-choice or simple majority from their couch—minutes auto-generate as a PDF.

  • One typo can erase $500 or trigger conspiracy rumors. A Google-Sheet backend with version history, row-level security, and AES-256 encryption shows every due, stipend, and vendor payment—immutable and transparent.

  • Many buildings have dead zones or older phones. The app caches tasks, votes, and ledger entries offline; everything syncs once the user steps outside or the elevator doors open.

  • Funders and CDFIs want live KPIs; residents want privacy. The app outputs de-identified CSVs (task counts, dues totals, stress averages) that satisfy grant dashboards without exposing personal info.

    Data cached locally; conflict resolution keeps the last edit and logs the diff.
